Q: Can I order an original? What do your originals cost?
A: Originals vary in size, and in price, depending on size and the difficulty I had in painting the piece, as well as how much I am willing to let it go! Generally, originals range from $250 to $1000. If you are interested in ordering an original, please send me an email at HelenaDomenic@gmail.com
Q: Where can I see more of your work?
A: At my other online galleries, at http://www.enchantedartists.com/helenaanderson and http://www.helenabeana.deviantart.com.
Q: Can I order a print of something not on this page?
A: Again, please email me to check availability and price.
Q: Where do you get your ideas?

A: I first really started painting watercolors while I was an undergraduate at
Q: What are your influences?
A: As a child, I fell in love with books by Howard Pyle at the local library. I was particularly in love with his drawings in the King Arthur Books. As an adult, I am influenced by the Pre-Raphaelites, Brian Froud, Gustav Klimt, Alphonse Mucha, and Alan Lee. I also have a number of literary influences, including Terri Windling, Charles DeLint, J.R.R. Tolkien and Anne Rice. Music also has a profound effect on me. I love listening to Loreena McKennit, Sinead Lohan, the Indigo Girls, Enya, Clannad, Night Noise , to name just a few.
Currently, I am exploring the works of Agnes Pelton, Judy Chicago, Nancy Spero, Kiki Smith, and Leonor Fini. You can see links to all of the artists I admire on my links page.
